The Big Debut of the Limited Edition Sunburst Turntable by Fender
Music fans rejoice! The MoFi Electronics x Fender PrecisionDeck Limited Edition Turntable has arrived.
In the world of music, there are certain pillars on which the whole ensemble has been constructed. One of those foundations is vinyl. For baby boomers, millennials, and even Gen Z, records remain popular.
Now, all they need is some sharp and efficient audio equipment that can keep up with the growing demand.
Luckily, music giant Fender has answered the call with a limited edition turntable. More than a way to produce music, it is a visual marvel as well. And of course, 33 ⅓ and 44 RPM both find their own home on the device. The 1950s vibe is alive and well within the 21st-century gear.
Fender produced the PrecisionDeck in the United States with an emblematic colorway that offers a nod to the tradition of Fender guitars. Exactly 1.3 inches above, the Derlin platter sits. The crystalline structure of Dupont’s latest polymer provides much-needed matched impedance.
In other words, no more extra noise. The platter also helps bring down the noise floor to enhance the background. A stable and smooth rotation is provided by a tough-as-nails stainless steel inverted bearing system. Meanwhile, great bass comes from the aluminum body.
For those who take their vinyl collection seriously, sound quality is everything. People are seeking an authentic sound, and that’s what they will find with the Fender x MoFi Precision Deck. Reviews claim that the quality is nothing short of sensational.
The player is powered by a 300 RPM AC Synchronous motor. It weighs in at 25.5 pounds, maintaining dimensions of 20.75″ x 6″ x 15.5″.
The story goes that Leo Fender wanted to construct a high-quality record player before he produced guitars. Alongside the project, an interest in the guitar market surfaced due to the similarities in each’s technology at the time. Years later, the record player has come to life.
The run is limited to only 1,000 units (serious collector items, the pieces carry a nameplate and serial number). At this time, turntables will first go to those on the “Notify When Back In-Stock” list. Interested parties are encouraged to log on to reserve a spot before it’s too late.
The chance to buy a turntable will be made through MoFi with a price tag of $3,495.
