  1. Tampa police said Timothy McGovern admitted to shooting Nabil Sarah under the overpass at Hillsborough Avenue and Dale Mabry Highway on Nov. 6. Sarah, who was homeless, died on the sidewalk where he often slept. McGovern was arrested on a first degree murder charge.
