Alexander Lesczcynski, 24, could face up to 30 years in federal prison for the fraud case and up to 10 years for the murder-for-hire case.
Nabil Sarah, 37, was shot on the Hillsborough Avenue sidewalk where he often slept.
Prosecutors accused Muhammed Alazhari of supporting ISIS. His defense has questioned the steps investigators took before arresting him.
